🧼 CLEANLINESS & SAFETY

Are your inflatables clean?

Absolutely. Every unit goes through our 3-Step Clean process before and after every rental — commercial vinyl cleaner, disinfectant, and a full inspection. We don’t cut corners. Your kids deserve a clean place to play.

Do your units contain lead or harmful materials?

Never. All of our inflatables are made from 100% lead-free vinyl and meet industry safety standards. Safety isn’t optional — it’s our foundation.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Bounce n Beans is fully licensed and carries liability insurance. We’re happy to provide proof upon request. If a company can’t show you this, that’s a red flag — walk away.

📦 BOOKING & LOGISTICS

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Spring and summer fill up fast in Palm Beach County. The earlier you book, the better your selection.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. We’ll walk you through everything when you reach out.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We handle every situation with fairness and open communication — just talk to us.

What areas do you deliver to?

We proudly deliver to Wellington, Loxahatchee, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and surrounding Palm Beach County communities. Not sure if we reach you? Give us a call and we’ll let you know right away.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery fees may apply depending on your location. Any fees will be clearly communicated before you confirm your booking. No surprises — ever.

What are your rental hours?

We typically deliver in the morning and pick up in the evening. Exact times are confirmed when you book. Overnight and multi-day rentals are also available — just ask!

🎪 SETUP & EQUIPMENT

What surfaces can you set up on?

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Grass setups use steel stakes for anchoring. Hard surface and indoor setups use sandbags. Just let us know your surface when booking and we’ll bring the right equipment.

How much space do I need?

Space requirements vary by unit. Each listing on our inventory page includes dimensions. As a general rule, add 3–5 feet of clearance on all sides plus overhead clearance for the height of the unit. When in doubt, ask us — we’ll help you figure it out.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Most setups take 30–45 minutes. Breakdown is similar. We handle everything — you don’t lift a finger.

Do you need access to power?

Yes, our inflatables require a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. If power isn’t available at your venue, ask us about generator options.

Can I use water with a regular bounce house?

No — water should never be used with a standard bounce house. However, we offer water slides and wet/dry combo units specifically designed for water use. Check our inventory or ask us what’s available for your date.

Do you provide a water hose for water slides?

Yes, we include a 25-foot hose with water slide rentals. If your setup is farther away, please have a longer hose on hand.

Do you set up at parks or public venues?

Yes! We love park setups. Some parks and venues require proof of insurance — we’ve got you covered. Just let us know the location when booking and we’ll handle the details.

🎉 EVENTS & CUSTOMIZATION

What types of events do you service?

All of them! Birthday parties, school field days, church events, corporate picnics, grand openings, family reunions, community festivals, graduation parties, gender reveals, and more. If there’s a crowd, we’ll make it more fun.

Can I rent multiple units for a larger event?

Absolutely. We love big events. Contact us directly to discuss availability, package options, and pricing for multi-unit rentals.

Do you accommodate special requests?

Yes! Whether it’s a specific theme, longer rental window, or a unique setup situation — reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you service HOA communities?

Yes, we’re very familiar with HOA requirements across Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens. Let us know your community when booking and we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.

Can I add on extras like concessions or games?

Yes! We offer add-ons to make your party complete. Check our inventory for games and extras, or contact us to build a custom package for your event.
